REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide assistance. We will replace the item free of charge, and we’ll cover the shipping cost for the return.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any products that have been used or damaged after delivery. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for certain products such as personalized or custom-made items.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, email customer service at sales@uwujoy.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. After receiving the RMA number, securely place the product in its original packaging and attach your proof of purchase, then ship the package to the address provided in the email.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
